What It Is
ReminderShare helps you build and share lists of annual reminders and then alerts you (and your subscribers) of those events via email or text message. People love it when you remember them. Sign up (it's free) and start calling people on their birthday, instead of three days later.
How It Works
Build. After you sign up, you can begin creating lists of annual reminders. A good starting place may be family birthdays. Lists can be public or private and can contain an unlimited number of reminders.
Share. After you've created some lists, share them by inviting your friends and family to subscribe to individual lists. Invite friends to share your 'Friend Anniversaries' list and invite your family members to share your 'Family Birthdays' lists.
Remember. You and your subscribers will get email notices on the morning of your events and at the end of each month, you'll get a notice of the next month's reminders. You can even import events into your favorite calendar application, like Thunderbird or Google Calendar.
What It's Not
ReminderShare will not replace your calendar application and only provides reminders once a day for annual events occurring on that day. If you need a full calendar application, check out Thunderbird or Google Calendar.
